You Can Rule Your Inbox!
Today’s Topic: How to create and use rules in Outlook (and, as an added bonus, the answer to the question, “What’s that “Report Junk” button I suddenly noticed in Outlook?”
Who? Users who would like to “program” Outlook to process some of their email for them automatically.
Why? Maybe you want Outlook to play a special sound when you get an email from someone important. Or, maybe you’d like all the email you get from a particular person or company to go directly to a folder. These and other options are available when you know how to create rules in Outlook.

Double Your Pleasure with Snapping Windows
Who? Windows 7 users who finds themselves clicking back and forth between two window wishing there were a way to see them side-by-side at the same time.
Why? You’ll think of lots of applications for today’s tip, but just for example, you could have a window with the F1 Tuesday video playing on one side of your screen while on the other half you have the application open that’s being featured. This would allow you to follow along with my instructions without having to click back and forth between windows.

Eliminating Touch Pad (Mouse) Frustration
Today’s Topic: Adjusting the Touch Pad Sensitivity and “Tap and Drag” on Your Laptop
Who? Laptop users who want to adjust the mouse/touch pad properties on their laptop. If you’ve ever had a window suddenly close or move on you, you likely have “tap and drag” enabled. Once you disable it, you’ll have greater control. (Trust me, when we show people how to do this, they practically hug us!)
Why? We see a lot of users become frustrated using the touch pad on their laptop. We see people all the time accidentally moving things on their desk top and they have no idea why it happens. This demo will help.
