Today's Topic: Open Word Documents in Normal View from Email and SharePoint
Who? All staff who are irritated by the way Word documents from email and SharePoint are opening in "reading view."
Why? When we upgraded to Office 2013, this was the default setting in Word. Once you change that setting, Word documents will open in "print layout" which is what most of us refer to as "normal."
